StarSync is built with the open source software and fonts below. Thank you to everyone who made them. Each one comes under its own licence, which applies to that part of StarSync, and nothing in our Terms of Service limits what those licences allow.

JUCE itself includes code from other open source projects: HarfBuzz (Old MIT licence) and SheenBidi (Apache License 2.0) for text, FLAC and Ogg Vorbis (BSD licences) for audio files, zlib and libpng (zlib licence) for images and compression, and the Independent JPEG Group's JPEG library. This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group. The full notices are in JUCE's own source code.
LAME comes with StarSync as a program of its own, which StarSync starts to encode MP3s; StarSync is not linked with it, and you may replace it with another build of LAME. Its licence's full text and the complete source code StarSync's copy was built from (lame-3.100.tar.gz, unchanged from lame.sourceforge.io), with how it was built, are in the third-party folder beside StarSync (on a Mac, inside StarSync.app in Contents/Resources/third-party). LAME is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
